Simpli Holiday Wishes and Support Reminder

Hi all,

I hope you’re having a great holiday season! First of all, thank you for a great year; we look forward to serving you for another great year in 2007.

Our team is enjoying the holidays this season as well, so we’d like to ask for your help. Although we’ll still be on-call Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (12/23-12/25), we will not have any regular support staff in the office. We’ll still be capable of handling emergency situations, but we ask that you understand if you have any regular questions or issues, that they may not be answered until Tuesday, 12/26. Regular staff hours will resume on Tuesday.

I’d also like to apologize for the delay in handling some of your recent support tickets, particularly those of you who had billing questions that took a while to get answered. We’ve had some staff shuffles lately and are still shuffling a bit more, so please bear with us. We’ll get your questions answered in a timely manner from here on out.
